From the project’s concept to completion is what our motto reads, and we mean it! In Procegas we work things out having always the Operations mind set as the primary focus. We will meet the customer specifications and the market regulations but from the Operator’s point of view.

Vapor Recovery Unit
Customer: Aereon
End User: Buckeye (Florida)
Aereon, has identified this advantage of having direct communication to our Chief in Operations giving Aereon the opportunity to manufacture over a handful of their mechanical vapor recovery units according to the Aereon customer’s specifications.

Three Phase Separator
Customer: Obax
End User: Sapetro (Nigeria)
Length: 32’ 4” – Diameter: 10’ 0” – Capacity: 8,800 BPD
This is the three phase separator manufactured for this Early Production facility. Large enough to handle the production volume while keeping the skid small enough to fit the transportation vessel to Nigeria.

Two Phase Separator
Customer: Conkor
End User: Petroboscan (Venezuela)
Length: 27’ – Diameter: 104” – Capacity: 10,000 BPD
Manufacturing a two phase separator for Petroboscan (Chevron) in Western Venezuela. The largest vessel ever made had 40’ in length and 120” in diameter.

Electrostatic Heater Treater
Customer:
Obax
End User: Sapetro (Nigeria)
Length: 30’ – Diameter: 96” – Capacity: 4,400 BPD
This is another large vessel manufactured for this project playing with capacity and size.
